This is a simple little session to get your shoulder girdle working and your lungs pumping. It uses a kettlebell and your bodyweight to really push you.
How to does it work. Simple, grab the heaviest kettlebell you can safely work with and perform these 3 exercises. If you can keep going without to rest you need to get a heavier weight!!!
- Kettlebell Swings 5 reps
- Kettlebell Thrusters 5 reps
- Press Ups 5 reps
The goal is to complete 15 rounds or 20 minutes, whichever comes first.
